The Whistleblowing Channel is a communication system that seeks to make it easier for employees, customers, suppliers, etc. to report, confidentially and through a simple form, any irregular activities and behaviors that may constitute a breach of the Code of Conduct. All complaints will be received and analyzed diligently, rigorously and confidentially, and a detailed protocol based on best practices will be applied to all of them, with the aim of providing an orderly response and treatment.
